Each Smudge Stick has a White Sage base. White Sage is considered sacred by many Native Americans. White sage is believed to cleanse a space of negative energies or evil spirits that may be present. This power is said to be released from the plant by the burning of the leaves, which are typically bundled into a wand or stick. Today many Native American tribes still use the stems and leaves for smudging as part of purification ceremonies.

Mugworth also known as “Dream Weed” for its unique ability to stimulate dreams. It is renowned as a smudging herb for its subtle, sweet scent and dream-inducing qualities. It also has a long history of use in the Pagan tradition and is still used in modern-day Pagan magical practices as incense and for smudging or spell work.
Yerba Santa is also known as the “Holy & Sacred Herb”. Traditionally used as a smudge or incense for healing, protection and setting boundaries, Yerba Santa has also been used for love attraction, purification, growth and empowerment. It releases emotional pain stored in the heart chakra. Uplifting scent. Burn this Smudge Stick when you need courage or encouragement.
Blue Sage or “The “Grandmother Sage” is a purifying herb with broad medicinal and magical applications. Blue Sage is widely known and used for cleansing and purification purposes, it provides spiritual strength as well removing the malevolent spirits.
How to Smudge:
Simply light the end of the Smudge Stick on fire. Allow it to burn for a moment and blow out the flame. The Smudge Stick will then smolder producing the smoke used to cleanse. Use an Abalone Shell or heatproof object to catch the falling ashes.
Please make sure to put out the fire of the Smudge Stick before leaving it unattended.
