We offer returns for our Gold Filled Jewelry, Crystals (unless specified on the product page), Card decks, Books and Cauldrons. You may return your unused/unworn product in the original undamaged, unopened original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping and processing fees).
All earrings, bath and body products, Aura Sprays, Spiritual Oils, Chakra Massage Oils, candles, clearing tools (smudge sticks, smudge feathers, incense cones/sticks/herbs, sages, ritual kits and all items included) and personalized (/made to order) items are final sale and not eligible for return. Therefor we encourage you to shop mindfully.
Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals, selected crystals will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page).
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Please reach out to us at hello@treasuresoftheearth.nl for a return form. Returns unaccompanied by the return form are not eligible for refund.
- Carefully repackage the merchandise. The item must be returned in the original packaging. Original shipping & processing charges are not refundable.
- Return the package to us via insured parcel post. Shipping fee will be paid by customer. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.
