How much are the shipping costs? Standard shipping costs are € 6,95 for NL. Costs for different weight, dimension and other countries will be calculated at check out.
When will you ship my order? We will ship your order as soon as possible. Depending on the stock, we usually ship the same day but overall within 2 business days.
At Treasures of the Earth we are all about Treasuring the Earth. As a result of this you might receive your order from us in boxes and protection material that we got from our own retailers. Don’t you worry, we will make sure that your order looks neat.

Returns
Is there a problem with your order? We advise you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us at hello@treasuresoftheearth.nl and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner.
Can I return my item? Yes, we offer returns on our Gold Filled Jewelry, Crystals (unless specified on the product page), Card decks, Books and Cauldrons. You may return your unused/unworn product in the original undamaged, unopened original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping and processing fees).
All earrings, bath and body products, Aura Sprays, Spiritual Oils, Chakra Massage Oils, candles, clearing tools (smudge sticks, smudge feathers, incense cones/sticks/herbs, sages, ritual kits and all items included) and personalized (/made to order) items are final sale and not eligible for return. For this reason we encourage you to shop mindfully.
Because of the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals, selected crystals will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page).
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Please reach out to us at hello@treasuresoftheearth.nl for a return form. Returns unaccompanied by the return form are not eligible for refund.
- Carefully repackage the merchandise. The item must be returned in the original packaging. Original shipping & processing charges are not refundable.
- Return the package to us via insured parcel post. Shipping fee will be paid by customer. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.
- If your returned item is eligible for refund, you will be reimbursed within 30 days of receivement.
